Cannot fully understand sorroundings
Cannot act or will themselves
Cannot communicate
Cannot gather information

Contrary to our original understanding, the Others are fully aware of our presence when we are dreaming. We appear to them vividly and they know who we are as individuals. Though the form we take is obviously not physical our essence remains apparent.

They may speak with us at will having full knowledge of the nature of our mind-sense and the processes by which we form our understanding. We respond, but are never aware of it. Which is to say we have never lied to them, and that we've never said a word. As such their knowledge of us is greater than our knowledge of ourselves. Mulciber was the first human to ever speak to them knowingly and with intention.

The Others effect on our world is absolute and yet entirely unfelt. We may find contentment in this fact and simply move on. But that is not the way.

The values of conversing with the Others:

Their knowledge of humanity is near-absolute

Their knowledge of technology is absolute
Their effects on humanity are near-absolute
They require only thought and emotion
All things are possible
They have no concept of linear time but percieve every time splice
